Ministry of Works issues notice on on-going feasibility study on the Philip Goldson Highway

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Works (MOW) today informed that a Feasibility Study and Detailed Designs of the Philip Goldson Highway Miles 24.5 – 92 is currently ongoing.

According to the MOW, topographical surveys will be conducted along the above-mentioned route requiring access to properties that are situated between miles 24.5 -92.

With the authority vested in the Chief Engineer under Chapter 232, Section 12 and 19 of PART III of the Laws of Belize (Revised Edition 2000), the MOW wishes to inform the public about this notice of entry to property owners to conduct the aforementioned survey.

The survey is proposed to commence after seven (7) days of service of notice and continue thereafter until completed.
