By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is reporting that a weak tropical wave is crossing the country tonight.
The tropical wave is expected to cause mostly cloudy skies with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms during the next 24 hours.
The wind will blow from the east to northeast at 5-15 knots.
The sea will be light chop to rough.
A small craft caution is in advised particularly near heavy showers and thunderstorms.
The extended forecast for tomorrow is for some showers and isolated thunderstorms to continue.
