By BBN Staff: The National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) is advising motorists that the water is steadily receding at Jacintoville, 8 miles outside Punta Gorda, where the road had earlier been made impassable due to overnight flooding.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution when passing since there is still some water on the highway.
The public is asked to keep informed as the National Meteorological Service of Belize is forecasting more rains over the country today and tonight.
