San Pedro businessman remanded to prison

BBN Staff:  San Pedro business man, William James Mulligan, 40, spent last night at the Hattieville prison.

That is because he was charged with discharging a firearm on the beach in San Pedro town.

Yesterday he appeared before Magistrate Aretha Ford and pleaded not guilty to the offense.

However, because of the serious nature of the offence no bail could be provided and he was remanded into prison until October 31.
