Accused child molester walks free

BBN Staff: An accused child abuser is back on the streets of Belize.

He is Franz Hamilton, 60.

He was accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl earlier this year.

He reportedly touched her indecently.

However, the charges against him were withdrawn because of insufficient evidence.

The charges of attempted suppression of evidence were also withdrawn after he was accused of threatening the mother of the child at the start of this year.
