18-year-old man shot in Belize City

BBN Staff: Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred last night in Belize City.

Around 7:35 last night, 18-year-old Micheal Gladden was standing behind his yard when he heard a gunshot and realized that he was shot to his left thigh.

He was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.

Gladden is admitted in a stable condition.

Police investigations continue.
