Inspector’s vehicle shot at in Belize City

BBN Staff: Inspector Ftizroy Yearwood yesterday reported to police that around 1:07 p.m., he was driving on Queen Charlotte street in Belize city and as he neared the Yarborough bridge, he heard a gunshot.

Yearwood noticed that his right rear passenger glass was shattered.

Yearwood further stated that he had two minors on the back passenger seat, however, no one was injured.

Police investigations continue.
