Benque Viejo men busted with US $65,000 in cash

By BBN Staff: Two Benque Viejo men remain detained at the Ladyville police station after they were busted carrying a large amount of cash.

They are Walter Hercules, 25, and David Cruz, 25.

They were busted in a dark Toyota car with license plate D-01013.

They were carrying a total of US $65,000 in cash which surpasses the legal amount of cash a person can carry at any given time without declaring it.

Police have not yet charged the men but will be doing so shortly.
