Underwood brothers beat ammunition charges

By BBN Staff: Last October Alexander and Austin Underwood were remanded to prison on ammunition charges.

Four members of the Police Special Assignment Team had conducted a search of their residence and found a bullet.

However, when the matter went to court on Wednesday the case fell apart.

That is because Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser was not convinced that there was enough evidence to prosecute the men as they were not at home during the search.

With that, both men were freed of the charges.
