Authorities: Police presence will increase in Orange Walk

By BBN Staff: Today, the Ministry of National Security confirmed in a press conference that they will deploy and increase police presence in the Orange Walk District.

This is due to numerous reports of suspected drug planes landing in the Tres Leguas area of Orange Walk.

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams shared that the value of the 26 bails of cocaine busted on the plane is suspected to be about US $7 million.
