Win a chance to rappel for free at West Fest

BBN Staff: Visitors who attend Cayo’s first ever West Fest, being held tomorrow at the Macal River Park in Cayo, will have a unique opportunity to win a chance to rappel 80-100 feet down the famous Hawksworth bridge.

Visitors who attend tomorrow’s West Fest and are interested in winning an opportunity to to go on the adventure trip can visit Midway’s booth at the expo to enter for a chance to win. No purchase is necessary to enter for a chance to win the prize.

The adventure trip is part of Midway’s current promotion on climbing and adventure gear, which will be available for sale at the booth. Midway says it is using the promotion as a way to introduce more people to rappelling who may not have been receptive to the idea in the past.

The winner will be chosen tomorrow and will be taken to rappel in the afternoon by Midway. Good luck to the visitors who want to win the chance!

West Fest is organized by the Cayo chapter of the Belize Tourism Industry Association (BTIA). It is being held from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and will feature many local businesses, artisans, entertainment, food and much more! West Fest is a family event, so bring out the family for a day of fun!
