By BBN Staff: Santa Elena Primary school (SEPS), nestled in the heart of the Santa Elena community, welcomed a new school principal this academic year.
SEPS is home to over a thousand students and the only special education classroom in the town.
Andrea Guerra, awardee of the 2016 Outstanding Teacher Award, is the new school principal. Guerra is a young and vibrant educator.
Guerra succeeds another exemplary educator, Manuel Medina who was the principal of the school since 2001.
