Common-law wife stabs husband in Belize City

BBN Staff:  Police in Belize City are investigating a stabbing incident that left one man injured last night.

According to reports, police visited the KHMH last night around 9 where they saw Rhandy Quilter, 29 suffering from two stab wounds to the left lower back.

Initial investigation revealed that about 9:00 p.m.,  Quilter was at his residence when an argument began between him and his common-law wife Jasnique Brakeman, 23.

During the argument, Brakeman allegedly inflicted the injuries on Quilter.

Police are investigating.
