By BBN Staff: Belize City police have charged Trevor Guy, Tyrone Guy and Leon Westby with aggravated burglary.
On Sunday the men, armed and masked, reportedly gained access to the Fantasia restaurant on Queen Charlotte street.
Once inside, they tied up four employees and relieved them of the cell phones and personal belongings.
However, one of the victims was able to escape and quickly alerted police in the area.
As a result, the police quickly nabbed the suspects and recovered the stolen items and two firearms believed to have been used in this incident.
The men, who lived just a stone’s throw away from the restaurant, will be taken to court tomorrow morning.
