By BBN Staff: The Office Gurus, a division of Superior Group of Companies, Inc and global provider of custom call and contact center support, responded to its extensive success in Belize by adding a second location in the country.
According to a press release from the company, the new location will more than double the footprint of The Office Gurus in Belize.
“The overwhelming success of the San Ignacio location has resulted in a need to further expand our operations in Belize. Positive feedback from our clients regarding our performance and our agents’ English fluency validates our own opinion that Belize is a great environment for us to continue to grow our business,” said Dominic Leide, President of The Office Gurus.
“The workforce is extremely motivated and energetic, which has helped us create one of the most desirable companies to work for in the country.”
The release further states that because English is the first-language in Belize, it makes it easier for them [The Office Gurus] to recruit employees who can seamlessly communicate with their clients customers based in the United States.
“We have the established expertise, talent, and tenured management in San Ignacio to lean on when needed. The proximity of the sites allows them to assist one another quickly,” added Leide.
The Office Gurus will leverage their San Ignacio staff to assist with the training and ramp up of the new site.
The release ends by saying that “this new expansion will not be the last for The Office Gurus, as they continue their search for their next growth opportunity.”
