A source told BBN that the buses rammed at each other twice, once near Georgeville and the other in Teakettle.“Both buses were pulled over by Police in Roaring Creek. Accordingly, the Silva’s bus was behind their scheduled hours which triggered the situation to escalate. The Silva’s bus run is the new run that leaves Benque at 3am,” our source further informed our newsroom.
After a long hour discussion at the Roaring Creek Police Station, both buses were allowed to proceed, however, before reaching Hattieville a near collision took place and both buses were pulled over once more at the Hattieville Police Station as can be seen in the pictures in this article.
The buses received damages to the rear end and one of the buses had a mirror broken at the front.
“We want the Transport Department to look into this matter, these buses are putting people’s lives at risk,” a passenger inside the bus told our newsroom.
