Staff: Reputed gang boss and career criminal, Brian Brown, 41, walked free
from charges of threatening words in court yesterday before Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser.
Alex Gillett, his brother-in-law had told police that on April 30th Brown threatened to take his life over a vehicle dispute.
However, when the matter, came up for trial, the prosecution signaled that there was no case file available.
As a result, the matter was thrown out for want of prosecution.
