By BBN Staff: Shamily Danielly Tillett, 14, a resident of August Pine Ridge village has been missing for the last three weeks.
On September 24, her mother, Kelly Chee, sent her to a shop in the village but she has not returned since.
Although she has been reported missing, the teen has remained in communication with her family via telephone.
Investigators have since conducted an interview with her family members. During that interview, it was revealed that a twenty-seven-year-old man from the village had approached the family expressing interesting in having a relationship with the teen.
But because of her age, her family declined his proposal.
It is suspected that the child is in the company of this man. The two were reportedly spotted in San Pedro Town but a search of a residence they were thought to be staying, turned up empty.
The missing teen is of Hispanic descent with black hair. She is 4 feet 8 inches tall and has a light brown complexion. Persons with information on her whereabouts are asked to call the nearest police department.
