Man charged for stealing door from Acting Compol Edward Broaster

BBN Staff: In court yesterday, Lloyd Lewis, 29, confessed to stealing an electric panel door from Acting Commissioner of Police, Edward Broaster.

He was fined $500 by Magistrate Khadeem Palmer and allowed until January 2019 to make payment.

On Saturday afternoon Broaster arrived at his Chetumal Street home and saw the accused removing the electric door panel.

He then pounced on the accused and immediately put him under arrest.
