That is because yesterday in the trial, Justice Collin Williams informed him that the prosecution had wished to discontinue the case against him due to lack of evidence.
With that, he was a free man.
Moore had been remanded for the March 2011 murder of Andrew Moses, 28.
Moses was making his way home from work near Kraal Road when a gunman approached him from behind and opened fire killing him on the spot.
While Moore has been cleared of this charge, he still has a pending case of attempted murder before the courts.
This is in reference to the October 2010 shooting of Keith Middleton and Oscar Vidas.
