Justin Usher not guilty says Magistrate Court!

By BBN Staff: Youth Activist, Justin Usher, 27, was declared not guilty in court today by Magistrate Aretha Ford.

Last October Usher was accused of assaulting police woman, Christal Noralez, while officers tried to detain him following an incident in a Belize City night club.

Usher maintained his innocence but Noralez insisted that he struck her to the chin.

During trial today, the statements against Usher was inconsistent and as a result the prosecution’s case was weakened allowing the case to fall apart.

Usher was represented by Attorney Leroy Banner.
