By BBN Staff: Early this week it stirred panic when villagers from Patchakan
observed two Caucasian men in their village.
The men were reportedly near the primary school taking photos of the children who were on recess on Tuesday.
According to Assistant Commissioner of Police, Joseph Myvett, police visited the Patchakan village where two men were found and interviewed.
The men indicated that they were in the village as a part of a humanitarian mission.
According to Myvett, “Their identity and mission were confirmed.
