School warden charged with drug trafficking

By BBN Staff: Police have arrested and charged a school warden for drug trafficking.

On Friday evening around 5:26,  police conducted a search on Billy Jean Pitts, 44, school warden of  Belize city.

Pitts was holding a black plastic bag in her hand.

When police searched the bag, they found 1,950.44 grams of cannabis.

Pitts was charged for the offense of ‘drug trafficking’.
