By BBN Staff:  Today, Allen Whylie, Belize’s Commissioner of Police (COMPOL) visited the San Ignacio Police Formation.

Whylie’s visit was geared on listening to the concerns of officers regarding the challenges they face in performing their duties and to provide support and assistance to them.

Officers from the San Ignacio Police Formation also engaged in an interactive discussion with the COMPOL.

They explained to Whylie that their main challenges are access to vehicles and the urgent need for more police officers in San Ignacio Town.

COMPOL Whylie continues his visit to police stations countrywide.
