Belizean found not guilty of murder in Mexico

BBN Staff: It made headline news last May when Galen University student, Romario Pech, was charged with the fatal stabbing of his cousin and popular drummer, Saul Pech.

The two were inside an apartment in Chetumal socializing with another man when the deceased was stabbed several times with a kitchen knife.

Belizean media outlets are reporting that Pech was not found guilty in a trial without jury yesterday.

We understand that he is now making his way back to his home in Yo Creek, Orange Walk.
