By BBN Staff: Minister of State in the Ministry of National Security, Elodio Aragon Jr., issued a statement this afternoon addressing the shooting death of officer Osburne Martinez.
Aragon expressed his condolences to the officer’s family and also condemned the shooting, labeling the event as “reprehensible.”
