By BBN Staff: In the Supreme Court today, Bert Vasquez was found not guilty of forcible abduction.
However, Justice Collin Williams found him guilty of attempted rape in a trial with a jury.
On November 28, he will be sentenced.
These charges against Vasquez date back to January of 2011 when the report was made.
Vasquez now remains on remand for the 2012 murder of Jasmine Lowe, 13.
Also, he is serving a sentence for the forcible kidnapping of another girl in May 2011.
