Two persons electrocuted on Saturday afternoon

BBN Staff: Two persons were reportedly electrocuted on Saturday afternoon.

They have been identified as William Escobar, 20, and a minor, 15.

They were both cutting down trees near the Westar gas station in Roaring Creek.

That was when one of the trees fell on a high tension wire electrocuting both persons.

They were transported to the Western Regional Hospital and later the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where their condition remains unknown.

We understand that both persons received severe burns to their bodies.
