Joshua Gallego arraigned for Neal Penn Road shooting

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Belize City resident, Joshua Gallego, 25, was arraigned for the shooting of Stephan Tablada, 18.

Gallego had been charged with one count of wounding and one count of use of deadly means of harm.

When he appeared before Magistrate Emmerson Banner, he pleaded not guilty but was remanded to prison until January 30, 2019.

On Saturday night Tablada was at his Neal Penn Road home about to enter his front door when two men on a motorcycle opened fire.

He fled inside the house but was hit in his right calf.
