Common-law husband accused of arson in Toledo

By BBN Staff: Police are investigating a report of arson in Big Falls, Toledo.

Angelina Ack, 28, reported that last night around 9:45, her common-law husband, Ken Chun, 31, a bus driver, arrived at home.

At that time, Angelina and her two children were at her parent’s house about 150 feet away from her house.

A short time after, Ack saw Chun walk out of the house, get inside the bus and drive off.

Ack then saw her 20 by 15 foot concrete bungalow house engulfed in flames.

The house is valued at $50,000.

The house was not insured and it was completely destroyed by the fire.

Police have detained  Chun pending investigating.
