Embassies in Belize contribute to Children’s Christmas Cheer

By BBN Staff:The Embassies in Belize from Mexico, USA, Taiwan, Brazil and Guatemala including the British High Commission all contributed to the children Christmas cheer event that was held yesterday in the Eastern Division Region in Belize City.

The event was held at Raccoon Street Police Station and attracted about 400 children.

The Belize Police Department along with Sr. Supt. Howell Gillett extends gratitude to the embassies and diplomats for their kind contributions.

Present at the sharing of gifts yesterday was Commissioner of Police, Allen Whylie and Assistant Commissioner of Police, Robert Mariano.
