Woman and child robbed in Lords Bank

y BBN Staff:Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred last night in Lords Bank village, Belize.

Sophia Lamb reported to police that she and her 13-year-old son were walking when a man approached them.

The man pointed a gun at them and demanded money.

Lamb says she handed over her purse, which contained her cell phone, money in different denominations and other personal belongings.

The culprit then escaped.

Police are investigating.
