y BBN Staff: The reputed gang boss of the Backa-Lands Crips in Belize City was gunned down tonight.
He is Joseph Babb, 20.
Babb was shot to death a while ago on Blue Marlin Drive near Coney Drive in Belize City.
Information to BBN is that before Babb’s death, he was allegedly threatened by the leader of another gang in Belize City.
The threat was reportedly rooted in a turf war for the sale of drugs.
Babb is the third murder victim on the first day of 2019.
