Ruben Cassasola sought by police for Anita Pineda’s murder

y BBN Staff:  A woman from San Ignacio lost her life tonight as a result of a domestic dispute. Around 8 tonight, Anita Pineda, 33, a resident of Shawville, San Ignacio was at the home of a relative on Constellation boulevard in San Ignacio when her common law husband, Ruben Cassasola arrived.

An argument ensued between Cassasola and Pineda. Ruben then reportedly stabbed Pineda to her chest and fled the scene.

Anita Pineda was transported to the San Ignacio Community Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Cassasola is currently being sought by police as part of the ongoing investigations.
