By BBN Staff: The family of Anisha “Anny” Young is still seeking answers to the disappearance of their loved one.

Young has been missing for 26 days now. She was last seen on Sunday, December 9, 2018, when she left an establishment in a taxi.

Police had initially detained Young’s boyfriend but he was later released.

An organized search team led by Jose Espat continues to search with hopes of finding Young alive.

On Saturday, December 29, 2018, the search team discovered a shallow grave in Maskall Village. The scene was processed and the items found were collected. A pathologist later confirmed the items were human remains.

However, police could not determine if they are the remains of Young.

Police informed that samples are held as an exhibition and a further determination will be made after tests are conducted. Authorities confirmed that Young’s boyfriend remains the main suspect in her disappearance.

The family is desperately pleading to anyone with information to contact them at 602- 7154 or the nearest police station.

Police investigations are ongoing.
