House completely destroyed by fire in Ladyville, Belize

BBN Staff:A house was completely destroyed by fire last night in Ladyville, Belize.

Around 11:30 last night, police were called to Dove Street in Ladyville where they saw a wooden structure with zinc roof engulfed in flames.

Police investigation revealed that about 11:20 p.m., a known male person went to the home calling out for a female, and shortly thereafter, flames were observed emerging from the house.

The fire was extinguished by personnel from the Fire Department.

The structure was totally destroyed by the fire.

The home was the property of Shane Bahador.

Police investigating continues.
