San Pedro police charged with wounding

By BBN Staff:Police constable, Tyrell Rowley was charged with the offense of wounding yesterday.

Rowley’s charges are in connection with the New Year’s Day beat down of San Pedro resident, Jamir Leal.

Footage caught on camera shows Rowley using excessive force while Leal was already detained, subdued and even unconscious.

As a result of this incident, Rowley and his colleague, Samir Medina, were both placed on interdiction.
