Man shot in Mahogany Heights

BBN Staff:  Rodwell Cutkelvin, 51, was shot over the weekend.

At around 1:30 p.m. he was riding his bicycle in Mahogany Heights, Belize.

While approaching the George Price highway, a man standing on the road side pulled out a gun and opened fire.

Cutkelvin was shot in the hand.

According to police, they believe that the incident may have been caused by a dispute between two gangs operating in Mahogany Heights.

Cutkelvin was reportedly innocently targeted.
