By BBN Staff: The Cycling Federation of Belize has issued an invitation to all cyclists to attend a candlelight vigil for Michael Williams, 58.
The vigil is scheduled for 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Battlefield Park on Albert Street.
Cyclists are encouraged to ride two laps around Albert and Regent Streets.
Williams was shot dead at around midnight on Saturday while inside a parked vehicle on North Front Street in Belize City.
Police are struggling to establish a motive as he was not criminally known.
On the contrary, his family has added significantly to the development of Belize. He was the son of Belizean icon, Marie Sharp.
