Policeman grazed in Belize City shootout

By BBN Staff: Breaking Belize News (BBN) has received reports that a police officer was injured during a shoot out on Coney Drive in Belize City this afternoon.

The shootout happened in the vicinity of Transparent BPO shortly after 2 p.m. Eyewitnesses told BBN that one of the shooters ran through the Thompson building trying to escape. He is believed to have headed to the river.
