Police: 66-year-old man in critical condition after shooting in Buena Vista

By BBN Staff: Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred last night in Buena Vista, Cayo.

Around 8:30 pm, Alfredo Gonzales,66, was riding his bicycle when he was attacked by two men.

According to police reports,after Gonzalez heard a loud noise, he realized that he was shot.

Gonzalez was transported to the Western Regional Hospital and later to the Karl Hauser Memorial Hospital where he is listed in a critical condition.

Investigation continues.
