Punta Gorda shooter captured by police

Staff: Yesterday at around 10:45 a.m., a police officer was on patrol on Queen Street in Punta Gorda, Toledo.

That was when he observed two men on a bicycle in front of a yard. One of those men was observed firing several shots inside the yard. As a result, the officer pursued both men but in the process, their weapon fell and was recovered by police.

The men were later captured and now remain detained by police.
