Shooting victim passes away

By BBN Staff: After fighting for his life for more than 24 hours, a shooting victim has passed away.

He is Edward Conorquie, 22.

He passed shortly after midday while receiving medical attention at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

Conorquie was found riddled with gunshots in Independence, Stann Creek on Sunday morning.

Police have been unable to provide more details in regard to his shooting.
