Shopkeeper robbed at gunpoint in Hattieville

BBN Staff:  Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred last night in Hattieville, Belize District.

Jahvinnia Neal,20, a shopkeeper at Stock Up “N” Go reported that around 6:45 p.m. she was seated behind the counter when a man entered the establishment with a  brown handgun.

The man pointed the gun at her and proceeded to rob her of an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police are investigating.
