Police confirm identity of Sandhill shooting victim

By BBN Staff: Sources in the Belize Police Department have confirmed today’s murder in Sandhill, Belize.

Police say that the deceased, Denmark Casimiro, was involved in an argument with a man near his home.

Shortly afterwards two shots rang out.

Casimiro was then found inside his home dead with gunshot injuries.

It is believed that he walked inside his home after he was injured.

No one has yet been detained. Police are in the area canvassing for information.
