Martin Galvez, Former Mayor of San Ignacio/Santa Elena Passes Away

BBN Staff: The United Democratic Party (UDP) is today mourning the death of former mayor of San Ignacio and Santa Elena, Martin Galvez.

Galvez passed away early this morning.

Martin is a loyal supporter of the UDP dating back to the days of the NIP.

He worked tirelessly, shoulder to shoulder, with other leaders like Joseph Andrews, Theodocio Ochoa, Phillip Goldson, and Dean Lindo.

Prime Minister Dean Barrow and the UDP extends condolences to the family and friends of Galvez.

May his soul rest in peace and rise in glory.
