City man charged for raping minor, 14

By Aaron Humes: Painter from Rocky Road, 39 year old Albert Waller, is accused of raping a girl almost 15 years old.

Waller was read three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse by Senior Magistrate Tricia Pitts-Anderson. Due to the nature of the offenses, no plea nor bail was taken and Waller was remanded into custody at the Belize Central Prison until May 29, 2019.

The minor spoke to police along with her mother and a social worker. She said she had relations with Waller three times between June of 2018 and February 14, 2019, all in the village of Mahogany Heights in the Belize District.
