2 men from Orange Walk charged for chopping another man

BBN Staff: Two men from San Lazaro, Orange Walk have been charged for the crime of attempt murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm.

According to police reports, on March 23, 2019, Gonzalo Flota,36, reported to them that he was assisting his brother  Jeffrey Flota when they got into a fight with Jovanny Diaz and Adoneas Ignacio Diaz.

Flota allegedly stabbed Jovanny Diaz to the left side of his chest.

Then, Jovanny and Adoneas chopped Flota several times with their machete.

Both Jovanny and Adoneas were arrested and charged.
