Kimberly Arnold, 27; her boyfriend, Mark Smith, 26; and Mark Fitzgibbon,46, a construction worker, were brought to court on Friday before Senior Magistrate, Tricia-Pitts Anderson where they all pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutor in the case, Sergeant Macedonio Sanchez, had no objection to bail and they were offered bail in the sum of $3,000 each plus one surety of the same which they all met and are due back in court on May 29, 2019.
Police say that around 5:45 a.m., they conducted a search at the Victoria Street residence of Kimberly and Mark.
A search inside the house led to the discovery of nothing incriminating, but in the yard where they met Fitzgibbon the white plastic bucket was located near the fence.
