Post mortem: Malcolm Leslie died of a single stab wound to the heart

By BBN Staff: Malcolm Leslie, 19, died of a single stab wound to the heart.

That is according to a post mortem examination conducted today.

Over the weekend we had reported that Leslie was involved in a physical altercation with another man in Sandhill, Belize District.

Leslie was stabbed twice in the chest while the other man was allegedly lashed to the face with a stick.

Leslie was transported to the Belize Defence Force Hospital and later to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he passed away.
